Suggest OTC Medication For Neck And Shoulder Pain Due To Fibromyalgia

I have been taking Lyrica for Fibromyalgia pain for about four years. I recently ran out of my medication, and can not get in to see my Dr. until next week. Is there any over-the-counter medication or supplement that might help with the pain in my neck and shoulders until my appointment ? Thank you for any advice.

Hello,

You can use anti-inflammatory drugs such as Advil or naproxen for pain.

They are antinflamatory drugs and don't substitute lyrica.

Is better if you don't discontinue lyrica because it may give you some withdrawal and adverse effects.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
