Suggest A Drink To Avoid Dehydration Caused Due To Persistent Diarrhea

I am 62 female and have diarehha almost daily from Gilotrib (cancer med) Namenda, and on an antibiotic for urinary infection( 7 DAY supply) What is the best thing to drink so I don t become dehydrated? Don t like that the sports drink has HFCS. Pedilyte? thanks YYYY@YYYY

electral sachets tobe mixed with water or water with sugar and a pinch or salt can be taken.just plan water with lemon juice can be taken.
