Hi Good day I want to ask you as a doctor if it is applicable for 25 years old to circumcised beacause this is my biggest problem I am circumsized by pupok in the provinces but its different from other boys they only cut in the front thats it I want to remove the extra skin in both side of my penis can you help me find a doctor who can performed on my situation.
