Suggest A Good Treatment For Continuous Coughs

So I went to see the ENT last year. I was diagnosed with GERD. I was prescribes Nexium. It seemed to work at that time but now the symptoms have returned (constant clearing of throat, coughing, interrupted coughs when trying to talk) I have scheduled an appointment with the Gastrologist. Hi
GERD causes symptoms of sore throat as the gastric acid irritates the vocal cords and posterior pharyngeal wall.
You need to do some dietary & lifestyle modifications. Avoid heavy meals at night, do not lie down immediately after taking meals.
Take these medications for 1 month.
Tab. Nexum 40mg once daily
Tab. Motilium 1 tablet thrice daily
Do saline gargles or aspirin gargles to reduce throat's inflammation.
Take care.
