Suggest A Healthy Sugar Source

Hi, I would like to know what is cosidered a healthy sugar source. I am trying to stay on a low carb diet but I love to bake, I use almond meal and coconut flour. I have used erythritol, pure maple syrup, and raw honey. I have read that maple syrup is not that good, it is similar to table sugar which I am trying to avoid. I also use stevia. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your query.
I c understand your concern.
Any thing synthetic will not be good for you.
Use all natural , like fruits and vegetable sugar source.
Syrups are added with refined sugar,so they have very high caloric value.
Hope , this suggestion will help you.
Good luck.
