Suggest A Medication To Treat PBC With Minimum Side Effects

I was recently diagnosed having PBC...The gas specialist suggest that I take ursodiol..I am not comfortable with the side effects one being loss of hair. I am seeking a prescription that treats PBC with having less side effects. Please advise. Karen Blakley 916-262-5179
