Suggest A Medicine For Elbow Pain

hi/i am 50 years old,Right now i had pain in elbow,i tried VOVREN GEL but still i had pain.

SO pl.can u suggest me some medicine for my ELBOW pain.

When i wear ELBOW BAND i feel good,but that is not the solustion.
