Suggest A Remedy For A Blood Clot On The Cheek

Hi..I was watching tv last night with palm on my cheek and elbow rested....I think I must have fallen asleep but my hand remained in same position with palm stretching my cheek backwards. ..when phone rang I stretched and I think I caused some damage to my cheek as now it looks as though there is a blood clot...what should I do? It looks that someone punched me in the cheek

Hello, I am Dr Mody and I would be addressing your concern.
Don't worry it's just stasis of blood due to contact pressure related to the position during sleeping. It's not a blood clot, and will go off in some hours to maximum a day. It's fairly common in fair skinned individuals. Just relax and wait for day. If you still feel apprehensive, see me the image so I can guide you better
