Suggest A Remedy For Bruised Ankle And Painful Calf Post Injury

Hi I fell off a table and fell.on the leg outstretched. Iniatially i felt dizzy and sick. I can still drive but i have a limp and the calf hurts. This was a week ago. Today i wore a tubilar bandage on my leg and when i took it off my snkle was black with a bruise. What is going on please

You may well have a fracture in your ankle or your lower leg so you need to see a doctor and get some x-rays to check that out
