Suggest A Remedy For Dry Eyes

Hey, I have really dry eyes and I was wondering what I could use to help them. I have systane drops that I use a few times a day and don t seem to be doing anything because they don t seem to last long before I reapply again. I started taking omega 3 and vit d but so far they have stayed the same. I also use warm compresses once a day and also I have lacra lube that I use every few nights before bed. I would really like if you could help me out cause it seems like I can t stop blinking a lot cause they are that dry. Thank you

Hello...dry eyes is a chronic disease.there is no permanent cure. Continue ur treatment and add cyclosporine eyedrop 2 times/day. If still not comfortable then ask your eye specilist for punctal plugs
