hello doctor .............. i have a pimple and spot on my face from past 4 year and my pmpl give soo much pain my age 24 year and mya marrige fix oct so i want to clear my face & remove pimple acne on my face i tired use lots of cram and traetment but nothing working plz suggest me d best craem

Hello,

I can understand your concern for pimples. Pimples are youth related concern and quite often seen between the age of 14 years to 25 years.

As you are 24 years at the time so it is obvious that you might be having eruptions and re-eruption of pimples.
In my patients with your kind of problem I generally start with antibiotics such as clindamycin or clarithromycin gels and maintenance of good hygiene of face.

I suggest you to meet a proper dermatologist for taking care of pimples on its best. Please do not take any home remedies or facials as these can cause more eruption and aggravation of the problem.
