Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems that the cuts inside the mouth are either traumatic ulcers or
Canker Sores..
The diamond shaped flap of skin under the tongue seems to be torn
lingual frenulum and it is probably secondary to traumatic
injury caused by any hard food or anything else..
You need not to worry as the blood supply inside mouth is sufficient and healing will take place soon.
You can start gargling with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine to relieve pain..
Take anti-inflammatory painkillers like
Ibuprofen..
You can gargle with warm saline solution..
Take a
multivitamin tablet daily..
Avoid spicy and hard foods..
Gargle with cold water and suck ice to reduce inflammation..
In case if there is no resolution in a week consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
