Suggest A Remedy For Irregular Periods

Hi abida here from Pakistan-isb i m 38yrs old .1year ago i was taking treatment for POS(glucophase i took) for next 6month my cycle was regular 3month ago i left the treatment and now again cycle is irregular,pregnency test -ve, i have put on my weight and my muscle contract its really difficult for me to do routine work in normal condition what should i take??? I really greatful if u guide me
