Suggest A Remedy For Itchiness In The Groin

I got wet itchy groin 1st had some rahes and itchy groin with pain used hydrocortisone 0.5% ibuprofen felt better but still itchy I stopped ibuprofen and hydrocortisone cream and used niamysine anti fungal skin powder now i have wet and itchy skin what to do i do not have any kind of insurance to visit doctor.

. if the pic is similar... use trebinafine tabs once a day n clotrimazole dusting powder
