Suggest A Remedy For Pain In The Ankle For A 24-year-old

I I am 24. Male. 260lbs. 6 3 . Stood as honor guard at a firefighter s wake. Did a lot of walking and standing for 12hrs. My leather, still shoe rim was rubbing and cutting into my ankle bone. Almost 2 days later and still having difficulty walking. Any remedy to ileviate the pain?
