Suggest A Remedy For Pimples

hlo sir i m from punjab the pimples on my face is so much not small big pimples .when i was 13 the pimples will start growing in my face and when i wash my face the blood from pimples will not stop.l was so up set i can eat medicene from so many years so please sir suggest me some suggestuon.

Hi.
As per your case history of pimples my treatment advice is -
1. Take general measures like - avoid sun exposure, don't squeeze the lesions, avoid using cosmetics and home remedies.
2. Use a good deep cleansing face wash like Acwash twice daily.
3. Apply a clindamycin plus niacinamide cream like Glocin gel twice daily on pimples.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like doxycycline, minocycline, azithromycin and oral isotretinoin given only after consulting a dermatologist.
