Suggest A Remedy For Red Patches On The Ankle

Hi, I just returned from a Disney Cruise and then went straight to Disney World. I have this awful red splotchy patches just about the ankle line on both legs. The right leg has the splotchiness up the leg 1/2 way to the knee. There is extreme swelling in the right leg and the left leg is swelled a bit but not near as bad. Can you help with suggestions as to what I should do? The splotchy patches do not itch just becoming tighter as the leg swells. The spots seem to appear like blood under the skin. Thank you!

You probably have this due to postural element. Keep your legs raised and the edema should subside. If you have any fever or malaise, them see a doctor urgently as this could be due to cellulitis which will need to be treated with antibiotics.
