Suggest A Remedy For Ruptured Disc In Spinal Cord

Hi my husband fell and ruptued a disc that is in the spinal canal and three bulging all lower back L5 S1 is the rupture n l2-4 are bulging... can this cause him to pass blood in stools? He had severe grion ..pelvis pain. Hurt in his bottom tail bone. Entire torso hurts, shooting pains to legs.. and his spine is actually swollen so bad that it petrudes out of back when active. The Dr days he should recover in be back workin concrete in 8 wks..is this real? Even pain meds don't help?? PT said he needs a surgeon they can't help. I'm in tears in worryin and he's in tears in pain.. please help??
