Suggest A Remedy For Severe Side Effects Due To Tramadol For Endometriosis

I take tramadol for my chronic pain from endrometrosis but it make me physically sick. I can t use any other narocotics for pain due to being a recoverying drug addict for over 2 .5 yrs now. What other pain meds can I use for this? I also have only one kidney and have kidney disease.

Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Tramadol can cause nausea as a side effect, if this is what you are experiencing you can try dramamine or pepto bismol to tramadol to see if you can tolerate it any better.

Other medications are limited because of the kidney disease and history of drug abuse. Nsaids (eg cataflam, naproxen, ibuprofen etc) cannot be used because of the kidney.

The only other agents would be codeine or paracetamol
