Suggest A Remedy For Sleep Disorder In A Toddler

Hello, I have a 21 month old son. He s been having a hard time sleeping through the nights. He usually wakes up in the middle of the night and won t go back to sleep without me being with him and sleeping with him. I ve tried different things and methods such as, diaper change, giving him something to drink, making sure the temperature of the room is normal, eating before bed, bathing before bed, and I ve tried the crying out method but nothing has worked. Is there anything I can do to get him to stay asleep through out the night?

Hello,

I don't recommend you to feed him during the night neither to change diaper because he will get that habit and get waking up. Comfort him and stay with closed lights. Don't make him sleep twice during day just once.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
