Suggest A Remedy For Sore And Burning Rashes Around The Navel
We have a 60 year old man with tachycardia, is currently zero medications including herbs with sore intense rash from and including navel south for 4 inches. Rash travels around to upper hips. Symptoms are sore and burning. Applied lubiderm. Temporary relief. Is there concern?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have sore and burning rashes around the navel. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like bacterial infections , allergic reactions , psoriasis or sometimes hormonal imbalance can also cause rashes . I would suggest you apply cold compresses on rashes , drink plenty os water , keep the area clean and dry , apply petroleum jelly on it and take over the counter anti histamine like benadryl . If condition doesn't get well then consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe immunosuppressants , anti inflammatory along with corticosteroid cream . Doctor may also refer you to endocrinologist for hormonal changes .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
