Suggest A Remedy For Sore Throat With Lumps
Hello, I have a question. Recently, I got sick *a cold, with a raspy voice and such, usually pretty normal* and I over exerted my voice quite a bit that day. Now, it feels like there is a lump in my throat just below the adam s apple, and my vocal range *Singer* is greatly reduced.

Overusing or abusing the voice when there is already a problem with cold and raspy voice will lead to edema locally and gives the feeling you have.
I would advise you the following:
First of all, strict voice rest.
Consult an ENT Surgeon to get endoscopy done to see the extent of the disease.
Medicines as advised.
Do not try anything at home as this will be empirical.
