Suggest A Remedy For Stiff Neck, Painful Ears And White Patches In Throat

fOUR DAYS AGO i WOKE UP WITH A VERY SORE AND STIFF NECK. i FIGURED i HAD SLEPT ON IT WRONG. ANYWAY FOUR DAYS LATER MY EARS ARE HURTING, MY THROAT IS KILLING ME AND THERE ARE WHITE PATCHES ALL IN THERE, MY NECK IS SWOLLEN. i CAN'T SWALLOW OR TURN MY HEAD. i ALSO HAVE A HORRIBLE HEADACHE RIGHT AT THE BASE OF THE BACK OF MY HEAD.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that yu have got a severe infection in throat and as you have white patches it seems to be most probably due to bacterial throat infection..
Consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Throat swab culture can help in diagnosis and get treated..
You can be advised to take a course of stronger antibiotics like Augmentin or AZITHROMYCIN, anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen..
You can do warm saline gargles 3 to 4 times a day..
Suck throat lozenges and drink warm water..
Avoid spicy and hard as well as chilled foods..
You can also gargle with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine to reduce pain during swallowing..
Higher painkillers like Tramadol can be taken for severe pain..
