Hi.
As per your case history of irritant contact dermatitis due to hair color, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid using hair color in future to prevent relapse. Instead of that use herbal products.
2. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like mometasone cream on the lesions.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10.
4. Other treatment options are oral steroid like prednisone and higher antihistamine like hydroxyzine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
