Suggest A Remedy For Withdrawal Symptoms Of Vyvanse And Xanax

I have been going to the same Dr. For about 4 years. A couple years ago she referred me to a psychotherapists who determined I was ADHD and put me on a high dosage of Vyvanse and 4 mgs of xanax a day. I stopped seeing the therapist after a year and continued this regimene with my family practictioner. I was in her office last month for my yearly checkup and everything seemed to go fine. Today when I called in to get my prescription a nurse called me back at 4:55 to tell me that the Dr.      Is refusing to fill my prescription refill. I am stunned, to say the least, and am not sure what to do. I have been told that the side effects of withdrawl are severe is there any "home remedy" that could help me get through the next week? I cannot afford a hospital or a new Dr. I could barely afford the medication as it was.
