Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic
Chemical sunscreens can cause irritation or contact sensitivity/
allergy in some individuals.
Aminobenzoates, salicylates, cinnamates are chemical sunscreen ingredients and all have been implicated in causing sensitivity Or Irritation.
A purely physical sunscreen, contains ingredients like either
Zinc oxide Or Titanium Dioxide, which are chemically inert and therefore don't cause any skin irritation or allergy.
They are recommended for use in children and adults who have sensitive skin.
You may try to find a sunscreen which is purely physical i.e contains Zinc oxide or Titanium dioxide.
The disadvantage with purely physical sunscreen was that they were opaque and used to give a whitish appearance, however, this problem has been offset by reducing the size of particles to nano-sized particles, which don't give an opaque/whitish appearance.
