Suggest A Safe Treatment Of Acne

Hi doctor!I am 21.I use persol forte cream for treatment of acne,due to which my skin has become dark in the parts where i apply the cream.Can u suggest me wether to continue using it or shall stop using it!Will this darkened skin get peeled of after i stop using it?

Hi Dear,

As per your query you have unusual spots appearing on face after using medication. I would suggest you to stop using medication for sometime.

You should apply Melalite XL cream which is combination of hydroquinone + Tretinoin + steroid and apply it at night time.

Wash your face daily with cold water and face wash containing salicylic acid twice a day.

If condition doesn't get well in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like minocycline, steroid ointment and may recommend chemical peeling for marks.
