Suggest A Substitute For Tylenol 3
yes, my doctor gave me tylenol 3 with codine for a major spine surgery. I do not take the tylenol anymore but is there something I can take instead of it. I have lost 15lbs. since surgery, am in lots of pain but still remain active. I just something so I can sleep at night . What would you recommend. I ve tried warm and cool baths, heating and cooling pads, ect. all to no solution. I do have a high pain tolerance, but this is ridiculous. Sincerely Ms. Pauline

There are no clinically important or statistically significant differences in pain reduction when the patient is receiving ibuprofen and acetaminophen or Tramadol instead of several different combinations of opioids and acetaminophen including Tylenol 3.
