Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

Corneal erosion is to be treated or it can develop in to corneal ulcer and dry eye. Use refresh eye tear drop you have reflected certain medicine which is not authenticated. Genteal lubricating gel are also available. If using prolonged contact lenses, then it should be stopped and start using spectacles. You will get relief from corneal erosion.

Hope this clarifies your concerns. Thank you for the query.

Take care
