Hi Navdeep

After going through your query I understand your concern.

I would like to tell you that Migraine treatment involves acute and preventive therapy and with frequent attacks you need both. Nonpharmacologic therapy includes cognitive-behavioral therapy and relaxation therapy which is frequently effective against migraine headaches.

Simple analgesics alone or in combination with other compound provides relief in mild to moderate headache. D.H.E-45 or Migranal or Ibuprofen can be taken as an alternative. Kindly consult with a Physician for prescription.

Hope to have been Helpful.

Kind Regards
Dr. Navneet Bansal
