Suggest A Substitute To Breast Milk For An Infant

My baby is six weeks old and is very colicly,soon I will be going back to work and would like to introduce her to formula have tried Nan and Lactogen and she becomes worse how can I handle the situation or which supplements can I give to her in substitute of breast milk while am at work?
