Suggest A Treatment For Decreased Disc Height With Disc Desiccation

at L5-S1 there is a grade 1-2 anterolisthesis of L5 over S1 measuring 8-9mm. There is moderate decreases disc height along with disc desiccation. There is uncovering of the possterior disc material with a broad posterior bulge. No significant central canal stenosis. Bulging disc extends into the left neural foramen where it causes superior displacement and flattening of the emerging left L5 nerve root. the degree of its impingement has progressed since the prior MRI. There is only mild right-sided foraminal narrowing and while its emerging L5 nerve root does make contact with bulging disc, there is no clear nerve root impingement. So, should i be doing something about this?
