Suggest A Treatment For Staph Aureus Causing Black Spots

For 3 years I have had pt marks that bleed never heal. Finally diagnosed with staph aureus but these marls are all over bodey now I have dark spots under my skin that looks like burns. Also still have the occasional mark that bleeds or never heals that has a black dot in it after being on the nose gel antibiotic for the full treatment and cephlaex for the full 7 day treatment. is this going away? I look awful.
