Suggest A Treatment For Tingles And Blurred Vision

I know I have hemifascial spasms and no doctor can help me when I stand I get dizzy and hear my pulse race in my right ear then my right side of face spasms twitching of the eyes, mouth, chin. On the left side I feel tingles and now I'm experiencing blurred vision.
