Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Melasma leads to brownish to black pigmented patches over the face and the most common cause for it is hormonal imbalances..
I would suggest you to consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated..
He can advise you to wash your face with Salicylic acid and Glycolic acid containing facewash..
You can apply depigmentation creams containing Kojic acid, Glycolic acid and arbutin..
You can apply Vitamin E gel or Cream..
You can also apply creams containing Licorice extract and grapeseed extract..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week using a gentle scrub to remove dead skin..
You should limit sun exposure and always apply a sunscreen lotion when you go out into sun..
You can also go for treatments like Photofacial, Microdermabrasion and Chemical Peeling..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
