Suggest A Vitamin D3 Supplement For A Person With Cow Protein Allergy

I m looking for a Vitamin D3 in capsule form: a prescription for 2000 i.u. seems not to be available. One family member requires a vegan product; I have a cow protein allergy, so need to know the source of gelatin in the capsule. Can you please advise? Thank you.

Hi,

Yes, gelatin-based capsules are animal in origin so cellulose-based capsules are plant origin.

You can use health aid vitamin D tablets, which are vegetarian tablet's.
