Suggest A Weight Loss Supplement

I am T1 DM for the last 3 years, I am 22 years old college student. My problem is weight gain.. I am on ketogenic diet and limit my cho to around 30/day I work out 2-3 days per week. My bs are in very good control, A1c=6.2 average bs=130. I am 5’4” and weight now 157!!! I went to college weighing 118. I also have Hashimoto sand all of my thyroid tests are completely normal. My dr has no suggestions whatsoever.. any safe supplement or any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

check your thyroid levels t3,t4,and tsh levels because hypothyroid causes weight gain.add more fibers to your diet and consult dietician
