Suggest Alternate For Doxycycline And Flagyl

i am on doxycycline and flagyl for pelvic inflammatory disease. every time i take either pill i get extremely sick to my stomach and puke them up less than 20 minutes later. i have tried taking the flagyl with food and without food but it still makes me sick. will the medicine still cure my infection or should seek more medical attention?
