Suggest Alternate For Nurofen Other Than Capadex?

i take 2 nurofen plus once a day with a coffee due to broken pelvis in car accident years ago, i am starting to feel shortness of breath, tired all the time and a pain in the right side of my head... nurofen are the only tablets that make me feel normal ( no pain ) but i can keep working.. been taking them about 6 months on and off, also tried capadex but they make me dizzy, can you suggest any thing else, i stand on my feet all day... many thanks ,
