Suggest Alternate Medicine For Citralka?

I have frequent UTI. Antibiotics as culture reports do not help much. However; when I take citralka by pfizer does help.. I can not get this medicine in USA. Is there any substitute for this medicine that I can get in USA market. How can get this medicine from India. Thanks for your help.

dear
i understand we are having a chronic uti here.Yes we can have syp Alkasol as an alternative .you can try for an online purchase instead.
Let us be clear that citralka/alkasol are urine alkalisers only, they decrease the acidity in urine to sooth the burning sensation.
Need less to say about other medications but I must add that water is a universal neutraliser,so please add extra fluids and drink extra amount of water which is a bare necessity in this case..
hope this helps
most welcome for further queries
