Suggest Alternate Medicine For Sleeping Problem

HI my name is John,I have been trying for years to get help with sleeping, some sort of sleeping tablet after visiting a mental health specialist,who told me that the doctor would try me with different types of medication to help me sleep,I am now on Clonazepam 500micrograms,I was previously on Trazodone 150mg,I also should tell you that I have OSA and use a mask when sleeping which is very uncomfortable hence the need for something to help me sleep,have you any suggestions as to a specific sleeping tablet I could suggest to my doctor as the Clonazepam just aren t helping me. kind regards John

As you have obstructive sleep apnoea, the only treatment that will improve your quality of life is cpap machine. Multiple variety of masks are available like face mask, nasal mask, nasel pigloos etc. Nasal masks suite most of the patients. But you should try all of these and then select one. Once you are comfortable with the mask and machine, you will have proper sleep and good quality of life. Taking sleeping pill is not the treatment for Osa.
Weight reduction will be helpful..
