Hi,

First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, this drug is not available over the counter without doctor’s prescription.

You first need to consult a psychiatrist and get yourself evaluated and if he advises then you may need a combination of benzodiazepines and serotonin receptor inhibitor drugs but after careful evaluation and with proper prescription.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
