Suggest Alternative Medication For Avamys

Is there a good alternative to Avamys, i been using it for a few years now, it works very good, but having a lot of problems with weight gain, my weight fluctuates up and down very easy. can lose the weight with exercise but as soon as i stop exercising for a few days i can gain 5 pounds back .

The alternatives would be obviously steroids of other category and those molecules would be also pausing weight gain issues.
