Suggest Alternative Medication For Frisum Which Does Not Harm During Pregnancy

to stop frisum 10mg because it has
side effects for pregancy lady & child. Now we are planning for pregancy ,Please suggest use good tablets which should not effect during pregancy & child after birth.
I am giving below EEG SLEEP DEPRIVED REPORT
THERE IS EVIDENCE OF FOCAL -EPILEPTOGENIC ACTIVITY IS SEEN OVER THE
LEFT FRONTO-TEMPORAL REGION. & also I am attaching CT SCAN OF BRAIN(PLAIN)
which is also normal. Please prescribe use good tablets
