Suggest Alternative Medication For Hydroxyzine

apparently i am having an allergic reaction to something, really don t know what yet. But anyway, my Doctor presribed me Hydroxyzine and it makes me so so drowsy. Is there something else she can prescribed me that maynot be as stong. Also she prescribe me Gabapentin for pain relief. Is this good?

You can take cetirizine or levocetrizine. Hydroxyzine (atarax is a popular brand) is highly prone for sedation and sleepiness.
