Suggest Alternative Medication For Diarrhea

I have diarrhea for 5 years ,I had a colonostepy in 2015 one polop removed,I also had a lot of Mri s in 2011.That was the year diarrhea started.I have been on Budesonide for a year.Now I m on CholestyramineIt is not helping either.Also my sodium is below 237. What can be wrong ? I drink about 64 oz. of water a day. Help

* The chronic diarrhea can be of various clinical disorders as

- inflammatory bowel diseases ( Ulcerative colitis or Crohn`s disease )

- malabsoption syndrome

- immune deficiency as HIV or others

- gut flora disorders

- chronic pancreatitis

- gall bladder disorders or liver malfunction

- others

A detailed history, physical examination and supportive data fact file of lab results, CT scan , MRI , ultrasound and colonoscopy evaluation are mandatory to consider for the definite conclusive criteria.

The management guidelines need a very thorough case summary as it is of 5 years duration. Awaiting for your reply and further details as needed.
