Suggest Alternative Medication For Ear Perforation

Hello sir 15 days before mistakenly I had a slap in ear doctor said thrre is traumatic perforation of eardrome .and called me after 15 days.today when I went back he said healing is not up to the mark and gave me more one month medicine. As I saw your pervious comment it was written to avoid ear drops but the doctor gave me a ear drop named otocin. The size of perforation is medium please suggest me better opinion.

There are some ear drops that can be used with perforated ear drums (hole in ear drums).

This is includes the flouroquinolone ear drops such as ciprodex.

Otocin is not in this family of drugs so you may want to speak to your doctor to make sure that it can be used.
