Suggest Alternative Medication For Severe Itching And Dandruff

i was using kansel - b lotion when my doctor gave in india. Right now i do not have in USA. what is the best product i can find in USA in place of Kansel-B lotion(clotrimazole &beclomethasone dipropionate lotion) for scalp. i have severe itching and dandruff with white flakes. Becoming redness also

Hello
As you mentioned that there is white flakes , redness ,dandruff , itching on the scalp .
When such patient visit my clinic , I advise them to take montilukast+fexofenadine combination ,once in a day for 10 days .
Tablet ketoconazole 200 mg once in a week .
Wash scalp with permethrine soap early in the morning .
While in the evening wash scalp with ketoconazole soap .
Since clotrimazole and beclomethasone are steroid ,so I never precribe this combination to may patient .
In my opinion you can take these medicine on a prescription.
