Suggest Alternative Medication In Place Of Cafergot

I am looking to buy a migraine tablet called Nomigrain which I bought a year ago and it really helped me. Only thing I remember is it is marketed by Mumbai (?). Or is there any other similar migrain tablet. I used to take cafergot but it is not manufactured in Australia anymore. Any similar tablet to cafergot? Much appreciated.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Nomigrain contains Flunarizine which is a calcium channel blocker and prevents migraine headaches.
You may look for the medical name (Flunarizine) in the pharmacy. Maybe other companies produce it with a different name.

I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj,
