Dear Madam, Hi & Welcome.
Beta blockers are advised to control your high BP and irregular heart beats.
Rosacea is a chronic skin disease associated with facial redness,
flushing, and visible blood vessels. Based on the history given you seem to flare-ups
of the disease due to
Micardis.
I would advise you to take beta
adrenergic receptor blockers either
Atenolol or
Bisoprolol for the effective control of high BP. These drugs will not only reduce the risk of flaring up the symptoms of Rosacea but also found to be effective in controlling the irregular heart beats that you are having since you had ablation therapy a couple of months ago.
Besides you need to have certain lifestyle changes to reduce the risk of flare up of the symptoms of Rosacea like:
1. Avoid taking alcohol, spicy foods, menthol, direct sunlight exposure, etc.
2. Use sunscreens to protect your facial skin
Hope the advice given above would be useful.
